A blackboard might be good if the 'Well has a menu blackboard or something they could loan.

I've e-mailed all the participants on this list with my mobile and that of Shane at the Well. If you're going to be along to help and you didn't get my mail, let me know. I expect that getting there for about 12 should be plenty of time. Shane asks people to call him half an hour before arrival, just to make sure he's there.

Marceldesailly, you mentioned you had stout you could send along with someone. Have you arranged that yet?

Is there anything else we need to sort out? Can anyone get hold of small plastic cups for tasting?

Have we figured out who needs a lift, and what need to be transported down ?

I think everyone who needs a lift has one sorted. Shout if you haven't.

I think all the beer is pretty much organised. Everyone knows what they're bringing, right? We just need plastic cups to serve it from.

I have the banner and I'll bring some printed copies of the extract and kit guides. I can also bring a few basic bits and pieces: stockpot, fermenting bucket. Could someone bring a boiler for display purposes?

If anyone wants to bring anything else, please do. Just be aware that your responsible for looking after it and making sure it doesn't get broken or stolen.

I'll swing by the supermarket on the way home today and pick up some plastic cups. How many do you think we'll need?

A couple of hundred, I'd say. And I think they'll need to be clear.
