Until the day when it's no longer possible to count the Irish examples of any style on one's fingers, it would be unwise to divide the ICB awards out by style.

Regarding beers that don't seem to be on the list; what about Beoir Corca Dhubhne being served in Tigh Bhric, Baile an Fheirtéirigh? I'm looking forward to sampling it/them at Farmleigh on Saturday.

I thought the site was to promote craft beer if it looks daft is irrevelant. It takes a leap of faith to set up a micro brewery, every major style should be honoured. I accept that some styles of ale should be grouped together. Is it not better to drink Irish wheat beer than imported wheat beer from Germany. If the Irish wheat beer is a good product. I have no problem with anybody drinking wheat beer from Germany.
