Actually, a brewing club would be deadly. Imagine if we had a 1BBL system like this one:

There are several 'Working Men's clubs' here, where to be allowed entry is the stuff of legends. A couple just look like derelict houses from the outside.

I was only half joking when I suggested a brewing club. If the requirement is for a club, it shouldn't exclude people who want to get together to discuss and experiement with brewing. I can imagine the excise people raising an eyebrow though.
