TheBeerNut Topic Author Offline Posts: 11663	Just noticed on the website of the guys who run The Oslo and Salthouse in Galway: they say they're opening a Dublin branch on Wednesday of next week (29th). It's called Against The Grain, 11 Wexford Street. That's that corner-of-death pub which is currently Féile, having recently been Carnival, and half a dozen other things in recent years. Hope they can make a go of it.

baconsarnie Offline Posts: 848	That is superb news- was just in Oslo for the first time this weekend (albeit for food only- on a drive back to Dublin from the Aran Islands). Funnily enough i was having a conversation about Feile/ Carnival/D2/ Nasdaq etc etc with some mates and we agreed that it must be one of the most hexed pubs in Dublin. Hopefully this new venture will buck the trend.
