Visited the Bridge House in Belfast on Saturday and was surprised to see how on board with craft beer they've become.
Two exclusive tap beers - a lager from BrewDog and an IPA from a brewpub in Virginia (USA, not Cavan) called Devil's Backbone who've won a rake of medals.
Plus Lagunitas IPA, Rogue Amber, and a Rye PA from Adnams with Amarillo, Cascade, Columbus, and Citra - all added to the permanent bottle lineup.
The Lagunitas wasn't the freshest bottle I've ever had (and at 6.2% and 45 IBUs, it's on the tame end of the scale for American IPAs [14B]) but it was £3, which is cheaper than it would've been up the road from the brewery.
Would love to see this range of offerings extended to the Irish branches.
