It's large but shitty and very close to my house. Wetherspoons would be a significant improvement.

Is this turning into a list of every pub North of the River <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->, they play their cards very close to their chest and put all sorts of red herrings out there for anyone prepared to listen as was seen with the recent double bluff in Swords, only time will tell.
