Still a country lock on the Wetherspoons Find A Pub android app preventing downloads in Ireland. Damn annoying as I'm in London soon for a few days.

Have you tried changing your phone's region to uk, robooting and then checking the store again. That's how I got the 4od app before it was region unlocked.
