Do the bolts go THROUGH the conical or are they welded to it?

I believe they are welded.

In the coming months we will be offering different solutions. The advanced kettle will be fitted with, bulkhead, bazooka screen, 3 piece valve, weldless thermometer and sight gauge.

Any idea on pricing?

x2!

-It would also be GREAT if you offered a service to pre-cut holes in the kettles.

(I've already got a bazooka screen, 3 piece valve, and weldless thermometer and I'd like to move from plastic to stainless but I don't trust myself to cut stainless and I don't really want to spend the $$ to get the tools necessary to do it right, either.)

Yes we can get the pots drilled. An engineering company is taking care of it for us. We have everything in stock now, so if you pop into the shop mark the pot were you want the fittings and let us know the hole diameters.
In terms of our own custom built brew kettles it will be another month before we have pricing.

If you have an existing pot and want fittings added,
we are now offering a hole cutting service.
