Couldn't believe it when I saw bottles of [b:3eiivepc]O'Hara's Pale Ale[/b:3eiivepc] in [b:3eiivepc]The Grand Social[/b:3eiivepc] (Ha'penny Bridge) last Saturday. Great spot and it just got better.

Nice, that's the one with the rooftop bar overlooking the city.[/quote:39db6vu3]

Yep, a surprisingly nice rooftop bar - you'd almost forget you're in Dublin, the view is quite something. I suspect it'll only be habitable for about 2 months of the year, due to the weather, but there is a small enclosed area that you could run the gauntlet to get to even in the worst weather.

When I was there they had a cooler next to the bar full of stuff - like I said, all bottles and nothing on tap from a craft perspective, as far as I can see.

Ocean bar in GC Dock is closed down unfortunately.

Small point, but O'Hara's tap at Ashton's in Clonskeagh is rotating - has been the pale ale as well as the blonde and is currently the Double IPA (!)
