Bon Appetit in Malahide have added Dungarvan and O'Haras bottles to their great Tapas bar.

I'm taking credit for this as I filled out a feedback form requesting it one night. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

You'll have to drink them, so.

I saw no sign of White Gypsy in the Step Inn in Stepaside (though I didn't know to look for them, so someone else might want to double check.)

I did, however, see Rebel Lager and Friar Weisse on draft.

An ecumenical question, then:
Do they have Irish craft or don't they?

Still Irish craft brewing in the most inclusive sense of the phrase, surely..?

But then again I've been known to buy the odd Blue Moon so my credentials are a craft beer nazi are questionable.

I did wonder lately about Brown Paper Bag's Oxman, lately, if its brewed in Derbyshire. Surely gives 'them' some claim on it too. Is it an Anglo-Irish beer?

I bought an Oxman and a Dr. Rudi takeaway yesterday in W.J.Kavanaghs.
As I understand, WJK have brewed it themselves, just not on their own kit as this has just been purchased and setup is imminent.

This may be the wrong place. I've done searches in google and in the site for "ios app" and "finder" and this thread is the most current.

I downloaded the BeoirFinder app at the RDS on Saturday (on latest iPhone, latest software). The only problem is that the map and list is completely empty. I am guessing this means the app usually downloads data from the Beoir Directory before returning results? I deleted and reinstalled a couple of times at home and still blank. Has anyone else experienced this when trying to browse the directory on their phone.

I was hoping this would let me take my new found beer snobbery to another level, picking places for dinner out based on whether they have something interesting to drink.

All thoughts and any guidance welcome. (And early apologies if this is too Off Topic for the thread.)
