Incidently, wrights in howth got into trouble before selling farmed salmon as wild salmon!! tastewise is there any/much of a difference?
I have heard there is a big difference but really that needs a blind taste test <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
Farmed salmon would not have the same muscle mass for instance as wild salmon.

Depends on the farming methods. The Salmon can kept in pens in strong currents.

Yeah, they actually add dye to the food.
'Wild Atlantic Farmed Salmon Fed With Food Dye'
