Safale US05 is on the list, that's from the same family as Nottingham/Gervin. It's not as flocculant but I find the taste a little cleaner (which may be good or bad depending on your point of view).
Just to get back on the whirfloc tablets and the ph stabilizer. None of my suppliers have either but I have a definite line on both. Will hope to have more info soon and add them to the stock list. Thanks a million for all the positive feedback.
