Yep, good analogy. I love lager. But, as I keep saying, I have little choice now <!-- s;) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="

Just like any other type of beer, there's plenty of shit about, even -- or rather especially -- in Germany. But there are definitely lots of real gems waiting to be discovered.
My favourites include Koestritzer, Herren Pils, Mahr's, some of the Pinkus stuff. And sure what about all that lovely Märzen, like Schlenkerla? It's a lagerbier after all. It's the Euro-pils (and corona <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="

But I do like a pint of Stella now and again. It's one of my guilty pleasures <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="
