Got a reply from them this morning:

Can't argue with that, more or less exactly what I asked for (although I wasn't cheeky enough to suggest they throw in an extra bottle free...), and speedy response too.

Delivery took around 8 or 9 days from ordering, but apart from that I think I can say that Beerangel.com is now an my "highly recommended" list of places to get beer.

That 30 bottle Wheat Beer trial pack looks great value. Works out at €2 a bottle, which is cheaper that most Wheat Beers in any Offy or Supermarket.

It'd be great if there was some way to get the delivery costs down, but even still, it's seems like good value.

Just ordered the 30 box of wheat beer as a present to myself. Now to wait...

How are the beers delivered? Box or Beer Crate in a box?

Havent ordered off Beerangel.com before but have ordered off other German sites and the beer usually comes in a big cardboard box, with each bottle separated by tick carboard separators. Fairly secure!!

To be honest, the packaging wasn't exactly impressive. It was a big cardboard box with a load of random packaging material (plastic, cardboard etc.) seperating to bottles from each other and the edges of the box. To be fair though, it seemed to do the job (assuming it wasn't responsible for that mostly empty bottle...). Crude but functional.
