oh the weight of the head? I thought you meant the weight of the pint of stout. The differences would seem tiny (other then those caused by head size). But i could be wrong. Yeah i reckon the head is the most unique thing about each of the stouts. I am sure we can argue this tomorrow.

the weight was more of an overall weight but you are certainly right about the heads ....could be a give away! maybe blind folds are the way to go...scrap the tape recorder we need a video recorder or the modern equivalent of such an item

Should the usage of the taps be a consideration? I'm sure the Guinness will have flowed fine all day but the others could be somewhat stagnant.
