Beer blogger Knut Albert[/url:3nngo9om] will be in Dublin on Wednesday of next week. He's at a work thing but plans to do a whistle-stop round of Messrs Maguire, The Porterhouse and the Bull & Castle between 3.30 and 6.

I'll be aiming to escape from work about 4 and catch up with him, and if anyone else is interested in joining us -- even if it's for nothing naughtier than an after-work pint in the B&C -- let me know.

I'd love to join you. Might have to wangle an hour off work to make it worth while, though.

Not on my own. I'm sure I can be persuaded if folk are about, however. I'd say if you can be in the B&C by 5.45 I'll be hanging around.

I'm in Cyprus and will be until Monday. Despite bringing essential Goose Island rations with me I'm [i:kx09r0d6]bursting[/i:kx09r0d6] for a decent beer and probably still will be on Wednesday.

I'll hopefully make it for an hour or two after work...

I'm sitting with a Keo right now. Its resemblance to Dutch Gold is truly uncanny.
