I think it's gimmicky. you take what is essentially vodka already, add water to it, distill it to remove that water to get the vodka back so you can call it yours. On the way you've increased the carbon footprint but that's about it. Like he says in the post, vodka is all about marketing. Have a look at the Ogilvy website I link to earlier for something a bit more authentic.

upsidedowna Offline Posts: 410	The UK has only recently relaxed a law requiring all stills be at least 1800L. This has lead to a bit of a renaissance in distilling in the UK. (I don't know how to upload an article here, but if you can get your hands on a copy of Br wer and Distiller International, September 2014, there is an article on it).
