Best of luck with it - I can already think of a few people I can suggest it to once I know where to send them!

I'll have to tell my boss about this when she's finished with her meeting. She's a big fan of ginger beers but none of them have a big enough kick for her. When she found out I was a beer fan she told me to tell any brewers I met that we need a good, non-alcopop ginger beer in Ireland.

Don't mean to derail the thread or anything, but I really like the Williams Bros Ginger which you sometimes get in offies here. There's a nice ginger kick to it without the alcopoppy back-sweetening.

I haven't tried the Williams Bros Ginger but, speaking of ginger (small g), I remember having their Midnight Sun porter in Mulligan's and thinking it worked surprisingly well.

Any names of bars that might be stocking it for us?

Also, now that I think about it, have you tried using it for cocktails? We do a couple of cocktails in work that use ginger beer and I know my boss/chief mixologist is looking to try and find a new brand to use.
