With a cask breather it won’t oxidise, may last a couple of months

There is alot more cask produced than you may think, The Franscian Well, currently have 3 rebel, 3 blarney blonde and 3 Shandon Stout casks and 3 others but the Hilden brewery has bought the lot up for their festival pallet. purgatory cask will be on for the october fest. I would say the same is the situation with the Hooker and messr macquire. We should camapaign for a cask beer at some pubs. The Well will have one on for the winter months, one of the Hildens is on this week. Mssr Macguire should have thier cask on in their Dublin branch. Lets start a campaign

I don't think that some of the Irish Micros would be viable at all if they didn't export cask for the British market. A great deal of Irish produced micro beer is leaving the country.

I doubt the IBUs are higher than in some of the higher hop bitters - maybe you don't care for the hop they use in TSB? I don't know of any other beer that uses Sticklebract.
