Well, you basically need skills in cellarmanship and not just the connect the keg turn on the tap kind like we have here. If casks became commonplace whole areas of the industry would need retraining to keep casks well, what with venting and stillaging and the like.

I always have a pint if I'm in Dublin, and make it to the Porterhouse. Sometimes it's only ok, but I'll always try it again next time round. 'In the land of the blind...' and all that.
