Could be interesting to see if Coors will wade in on this. They don't have to have a trademark to cause trouble simply solicitors letter and such can be very costly for a small company to deal with <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( -->

There *was* a Class 32 (i.e. beer related) trade mark but it's no more:

Looks like Blarney Blonde, Rebel Red and Friar Weiss are the only FW trademarks at the moment, all dating back to 2005.

Fair play to the lad who attempted to register "O'Bama Moneygall Stout[/url:1611butt]" though. 2011 in a glass.

In fairness Shane at the Well has been very encouraging in relation to how they interact with new breweries, so couldn't see them sending in the big guns over something like this.
