nothing at all to do with us. The brand name Kenmare was trade marked by C and R in 2009. No one else can use the name in the drinks sector under section 32. We produced it for C and R for a season, before the boom in craft. new Breweries need to check the patents office for any names they are thinking of as it could be very costly in legal fees if they go ahead without checking

On a related note, I see that Carrig have a pale ale called Poachers, but didn't the Fran Well have an ale of the same name not so long ago, although it might have been a bitter and possibly a special, so maybe not registered?
