This is great, i'm in.
One concern i would have is the ability to truly be an all-island body as the issues are quite different on both sides of the border and making submissions for duty reductions/licensing etc would be complicated by knowledge of members on both sides of the border of legalities on the other side.
Perhaps this could be addressed through separate committees for each jurisdiction?

Ok, thanks to Dr Jacoby's hint, I've set up two separate PayPal widgets on the front page. Registered members will see a Join Beoir button which will submit 10 Euro for the first year's membership. The other is a slightly updated version of the old Donate to ICB, which essentially allows you to donate what you want to the running costs of the site, events and such.

Great idea lads, I'm definately on for supporting this.
As it is, alot of you guys do great work to promote good beer in Ireland, great to see a separate group being set up.
