You'd be stuffing one sausage at a time. Might be a bit of a pain. I'm sure you could adapt a funnel, and use the heel of your hand to push the meat through.
Not necessarily, I can fill the body of the syringe, push with the piston, remove the piston, re-fill etc... while the casing would be rolled around the syringe. Well, I guess there's one good way to know if it works !
