How did you swing that? When I looked the price was €71 return and that was per person so it made more sense to book a hotel and drive.

€10 each way online fare. I booked Saturday for the day as well.

Ah I see, when I looked the other day, it would not give me an online fare as it was too far in the future so I just looked at the fare on the website, had an apoplexy and booked a hotel.
I did get that expensive price on the website last year and had to book a B&B as well. That might have been for the AGM. Ended up in the same B&B as Séan.

Book early and you get the travel lodge for €39.

The North Kildare battalion are occupying the Travelodge with a view to setting up a bridge head to the North Mall.

Still two spare seats in the troop transporter, if anyone wants a lift.

How much for the taxi fare back though? I figured stumbling distance might be worth the extra money when you take a taxi into account. That said, I'm going by Dublin costs and since Dublin is much bigger, they tend to cost more due to distance travelled.
