Is that not just used for begging? Or maybe thats just once it becomes porous perhaps, most of those begging cups look like they've long since started to biodegrade.[/quote:3kbxms9v]

It's called tappin' by the boys on the streets

They all get slagged about it in the joy and cloverhill, but they all do it when they're stuck.
"Ha imagine yore ma came along and you tappin, ye'd be scarlah" sorta thing.

I know this cos of work I used to do with street people in Dublin, not cos of personal experience

"a_friend_in_mead":1qwxq2gc wrote: 2. Good Lager -Budvar, Pilsner Urquell?[/quote:1qwxq2gc]You could possibly throw in Staropramen and Žatec (sold in Tesco).

"a_friend_in_mead":1qwxq2gc wrote: 3. Crap Cheapo lager -Dutch,Bavaria?[/quote:1qwxq2gc]Fosters too, also Euroshopper (Superquinn) and the Dunnes own-brand.

"a_friend_in_mead":1qwxq2gc wrote: Quality Cheapo lager -Something from lidl aldi?[/quote:1qwxq2gc]Yeah, any of the German lagers they do.

I would add Augustiner Helles to this list.
