So to summaries for everyone, the plan of action is to spend the night of 21st August in Casey's caravan and Camping Park in Clonea, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. If people want to arrive a day early or stay a day later that's up to the individual. Casey's can be contacted on 058 41919 for booking.

We can organise lifts, extra berths etc. closer to the day, for now just sign up here.

I think I might do that.

I am bringing the camper van so there are 4 and probably 5 spare seats.

There will also be some spare berths for the vertically challenged* if anyone would like a little more comfort than a tent.

Sarauman, have you called to see to what time they do check ins? Was going to ring them tomorrow to book in and see which day suits best to arrive. We wont be able leave until 6 at the earliest on friday.

We have two spare seats in our Fiesta so can probably offer people a lift if they are stuck. We're going from Raheny.

I called earlier and booked Friday/Saturday night but did not ask what time.

I get off work at 5pm on Friday and will be leaving from Blanch.
