OK. What time are you starting the set-up at? I'll bring the banner in in the morning, and can bring it to the pub either lunchtime or around 6. If the former, I'd rather be handing it you you directly rather than just leaving it lying around the pub.

Séan, if you forward me the latest version of the 4-to-a-sheet supplier list I can print and cut that. What else should we print for this? The extract guide?

Right lads this is happening on Friday so I need to know who is definitely coming to help out so I can put you on the guest list.

So far I am pretty sure of:

1. thebeernut
2. sbillings
3. my wife (moral support and camera person)
4. richieh (talking about his beer)
5. irishpartyale (talking about his beer)

The night will go something like this.

I will kick it off with a talk about the homebrew process with a taste of my two chocolate beers, one for extract (chocoholic stout) and the other all grain (chocawheat).
When I am done, I will invite Irishpartyale up to talk about his beer and give out samples. Then the same process for Richie.
Then I will introduce Dean McGuinness who is representing Hilden to talk about Mollys chocolate stout.

Once the talks are done it will be a questions and answers time. I will then call thebeernut and sbillings up to join us as both have a lot of experience with tasting beer and brewing beer respectively.
At this time we will be providing samples of other beers such as my Cloaked stranger stout.

I organised a competition or raffle to happen on the night. The prize is a homebrew start set and stout kit along with some DME donated by Brian in homebrewwest. The nature of the competition has yet to be decided upon.

We will have a lot of flyers to hand out, as well as ICB stuff on brewing we will have 100 flyers I had brian do up promoting special offers on his site. I will also mention that joining ICB will give you a discount.

There will be a pouring table to the left of the talk table where the samples will be poured.
Can volunteers be there for 6 if possible?

So that is more or less it, if anyone has any questions then let me know.

I think Dean is doing Youngs Double Chocolate Stout. I will be representing the Mollys from Hilden that night. [url:1d0gx3t6]http://www.templebar.ie/home_nav_2_t_15_c_50_e_1816.html[/url:1d0gx3t6]

If you have an idea of how you want the talk to go let me know. I am meeting Eimear tomorrow for a brief, but would like to have as much info as possible.
