I have not decided what to brew yet, I was thinking of a chocolate porter or Chilli chocolate. Now I am considering some sort of chocolate wheat beer

I was also thinking of a corny but that was when I thought it was an outdoor thing.
If it is held in a pub like the Turks head, they may not like us dispensing kegs of free beer

I will check on that once I know the final location.

Great thanks.
I brewed a Chocolate wheat beer yesterday, pretty much a chocolate wheat stout I would say so that will bolster my 4 bottles of chocoholic stout.

I am bringing some of my porter that is in primary at the moment. It is a simple porter/brown ale,

18L
4kg pale,
.5 amber,
.5 crystal
.5 choc.

25g simcoe 60mins
25g saaz 20mins
300g demererra sugar 20mins
Wyeast ringwood ale yeast

og 64

I will secondary 5L of it on 100g green and black's cocoa, and bring about 10 small bottles to the party.

I invited Eimear from the Temple Bar Cultural trust to Septemberfest. She said about noon on Saturday so if anyone has any questions about the chocolate festival they can ask her there.
She can get some ideas for the Chocolate festival from Septemberfest.

Just to bump this again, I see they've updated the information page[/url:1qurnxe3] with more details and ticket arrangements. Looks good.
