Where do I apply to be Hendrixcat's Representative in London?

well I'm happy to drink and talk about what's closest. I'm re-brewing the alt next anyway, the london ale is nothing special, and I have lots of the anise stout so I will put some aside for next meeting.

I'd be much happier with the less formal format. This way, there'll be far less of a chance of the telly catching my beers fizzing over/exploding/killing anyone!

Is help needed to set anything up this evening? I should be able to help out from 6pm onwards if it is.

We'll I'm slightly worried about both the cloudyness and the carbonation in my Steamers as they've only been bottled just under two weeks now and I feel I may have miscalculated the amount of priming per batch size. I've given them a good shake every few days to redistribute the yeast into the mix, and I've kept them at a good room temp, so we'll see.

As for the format, I'm looking to get some good feedback on these, but I think I'd also prefer the informal approach.
