The important bits would be in text large enough to grab attention, but I think we need some class of detail explaining what it is, since it's a bit more unusual than, say, a gig or a circus.

we'll actually it is quite well worded and, were i paying attention while reading it. i would have noticed that you have clearly marked out what should be in large shouty text and what should be in a more informative smaller text. my apologies, on second reading i now see that this would fit perfectly well into a poster and/or flier. my bad.

The file is a PNG, resolution 2100x2970. Is that acceptable for printing?
