Looks like I missed a great night. I sadly spent my evening writing about the use of high hydrostatic pressure for pasteurisation of beer. Some what interesting, but impractical at the homebrew level.
Hopefully I'll make the next one and might even have some beer to bring.
I had a good night. There were some nice beers on offer and the chat is always good when a few of us get together. Having a Clotworthy Dobbin of two in between the home made offerings was also nice.
Ohhh, I'm looking forward to next month. I'm coming over for a week (from the 15th) so I'll be bringing some of the beers I've made here over. Needless to say I'll probably be in the B&C and PH for a few nights, especially to get a CWD fix...
