I agree with starting at 7 pm on the dot for 2 reasons. 1 the sooner we sit, the less bother from other customers looking for seats.
2 the sooner we finish samples, the sooner a few quid is spent, thus satisfying the owner.

I will take the final numbers on the wednesday evening and use this to reserve seats.

Anybody can leave homebrew into us previous to the tasting, and we will place it in the coldroom, so long as it is clearly marked to show the owner/stlye.

As regards the cost, last time it was based on sampling against inhouse draught beers. I don't see that this is necessary this time, so the cost is reduced. I suppose €10 per head will cover good food and i will throw in some samples of other craft products for this.
