10th suits of too at the moment. Any talk of styles?

10th suits us here as well. Who's going to choose styles ??

How about stouts, all varieties of them. Simply cos I like the idea of brewing an oatmeal coffee stout. But it's a broad enough range that we might get some interersting varieties (coffee/vanilla/cream etc).
Yes it's summer, but it IS Ireland, so there's a 50/50 chance the weather will be warm or cold. To hedge the bets the other style can be something more 'summery'..... Heavy and light, black and pale, yin and yang....
Just a thought sure..

I'm with Ken. My having a stout bubbling away at the moment has little to do with it, I swear. I'll put together a golden ale to counter it if that's the way it goes. I like this light/dark thing.

We should invite the Hookers up to return the favour. They won't get to tour our breweries, but they would get to sample the brews <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
