Says they bought Tonic a month ago and are to buy the 40 Ft (wasn't this Bodega briefly too?).
I lived in Dun Laoghaire for a few years and my impression overall was a 'town' in decline. The 40 Ft never seemed to ever get going considering its size- I was wondering was it a 'pitch of death', given the various incarnations over the years. I can see how it's the type of property that would appeal to them though.
