Just on the food thing, isn't most of the food prepared off-site and mostly just re-heated on-site. That needs scale to be of use, I'm not sure there are Irish catering suppliers who do the same kind of thing here (I could be mistaken) so the food supply will either come in from the North or be something totally different.

It's interesting and some like spoons must believe that rents are at a workable level and the industry is profitable in Dublin.

there obviously is when you look at the expansion of cottage group, especially when they are getting distressed pubs.

Be very interesting to see what happens when/if they move closer to the city centre.

Great, I could seen them doing well in a number of north and west side Dublin suburbs, that have massive populations and poor pub choices
