No doubt this is a great place.
I'd go as far as saying it's aesthetically the best bar in the city - architecturally it's just beautiful, it'll take your breath away when you first get in there.
Getting down to the issue of price (an important thing no doubt), yes, the draught selection is more expensive than the competitors in the area such as Porterhouse & the B&C, however they've brought their prices down significantly over the past few weeks (i.e. there aren't so many beers breaking the 6euro per pint mark anymore).
HOWEVER, if you're looking for a good bottle selection at a reasonable price then this place is where it's at. Had a decent ole session in there tonight, so i'll name drop a few beers & prices to give you an idea: BrewDog Punk & 5am Saint: 4.75, Crew IPA & Pale Ale: 5.25, Sierra Nevada bottles well under the 6quid mark...so it's not half bad (cheaper than Against the Grain et al. at least!).
Scrolling through this thread seems to cast a negative light on the place, but honestly go in there and give it a go (especially the bottle selection!) and you won't go far wrong.
