Thanks for all the kind words! It was great to see everyone out and I'd love to have as many in when we launch the Brown Ale in the following month.

Sauraman- so sorry I didn't get you into the brewery! Let me know the next time you're around Dublin and I'll take you right in, no problems!

And anyone else who wants a tour, just swing by. I'm here every weekday until 6pm and can be scheduled for weekend tours with a few days notice.

Had a decent pint of IPA there Friday, when I noticed a cask Tap, asked the barman what was on, and he mentioned it was an all Irish ingredient pale ale, due back in from Cuilan on Saturday, the bar wasn't open when I went back Saturday, but the barman said it wasn't on anyway, has anyone had it there yet?

Yeah, it's usually on. It's called Emerald.
