I don't think the idea is to save on labour costs, does the system deliver and wash glasses, and does it have a cash till, or credit card machine attached to it? If i ran a bar with these systems in place, i think i would spend more time monitoring system and the users, than i woud on everything else.

If you could put more than 4 people around these PYOP tables, thay might leave the gimmick zone by actually attracting business, but at 4 people a pop they are pretty useless if only 4 people can use them at any one time. If a PYOP table came equiped with a glass rack, a dozen seats and privacy, it might make a lot of sense for those who want to feel special in a bar. And there are lots of those people out there <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
In fact i would employ that idea myself, as i would see it attracting people.
