The Abbots Ale house upstairs bar to open from next week. Barry Fitzgerald should get all our support, with out hime we might all be still drinking rubbish in pubs.

Hours 5pm to close. from next friday

four draught beers, all bottles downstairs will be available at bar prices upstairs.

Although small great to see the pub back.

This is great news. Barry has brought in some great beers over the years and hopefully this venture will be a success. I had heard it mentioned off and on over the past year or so - Looking forward to it. No doubt will be reporting on same in due course.

That's great news, it will be a fine addition to the craft beer pub scene in Cork. Any ideas what the draught selection will be?

woo hoo three pubs in cork city that sell good beer, i'll definitely be making an appearance, karmelit triple here i come.

great news....surely no bar in ireland could match the selection so if all they have to do is pop down stairs for the bottles. thats good 3 bars within a few mins walk ...makes for easy crawls
