Are you talking about here or in general? Because there are plenty of breweries that sell cheap bottles from their tasting room in the US, UK, Netherlands, etc.

I thought I was talking in general, but yeah, I can think of several places abroad that do it. Not so many with supermarket distribution deals, though.
