That's not No. 3 and No. 4 invert, those are the numbers of the coppers. It's showing which sugar went in each of the two coppers.

The sugars are:

60 lb DMS (diastatic malt syrup. I think)
3 cwt. CWA (seen it before, don't know what it is)
2 cwt invert (doesn't give the number)
10 lbs caramel

The OG is 1037.5. Unfortunately, there's no FG.
