Well I'd certainly be interested. How do you work out hop schedules from something like this?

John,
First Brewing book is 1933. There are only 10 books from various times up to May 1966.
Recipes include X, XX, IPA, PA. X Stout, XX Stout, Special Stout, Phoenix

John,

Hop schedule seems to be
Oregon @ 30 and 120 min
Weeks @ 31 and 65 min
Delves @ 31 and 185 min.
As boil is 2+3/4 hours they must be making a late addition.
Another recipe shows the Oregon broken down, 15lb @ 30 and 20lb @ 120. I would assume it was half and half if each addition is not shown.
