No reference to what Guiness actually did or how they were involved.

Have to be cynical about this "shakedown". Hundreds of companies would have used the laundry services but Guinness are big and rich so get targeted for money and also get judged by 21st century standards.

Surely if Guinness paid the laundry for a service they have no liability towards the laundrys workers? At least no more than any of us do towards the sweat shop workers who make our nikes....or the Chinese who work in horrendous conditions to produce our electronic goods
