This week has been mainly spent trying to get my first AG stout to pour nicely.

Am using the low CO2/N2 mix ( 25% C to 75% N ).

The correct G. tap causes a lot of foaming ( its an older style so there is no flow control )

Am at last getting pretty good results from one of Norms flow control tape with no sparkler.

What's the trick to getting the stout to pour?
Mine went from flat to foam-fest. Did you prime or force carb?

From the tour of the Well and other things if you want a nitro head on your stout, you don't carbonate it at all, but rather force nitrogen into it. Which you can't do at home too easily.
