Was at a tasting last night and had a range if Irish beers (all bottle). Come on Limerick publicans, get some draft in!

Belfast Blonde: Meh, dull. Won't have again

O'Hara IPA: Love this beer

Dungarvan Copper Coast: Nice beer, not a fan of red ale but this was nice.

8 Degrees Sunburnt Red: Nice chilled at a BBQ, v easy to drink

PBC Braon Blasta: Lives up to it's billing, a lovely drop

PBC Oyster Stout: Really liked this, great depth. Not a session beer, but great with sea food. Oysters even.

Porterhouse, Nassau St. D2, Hophead Ale on cask, so so
Porterhouse, Nassau St. D2, Metalman Pale Ale, excellent (beer of the day)
Porterhouse, Nassau St. D2, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, good, bit gassy after the Metalman
The Palace, Fleet St, D2 Dungarvan Copper Coast on cask, not great but then red ale is not my thing

I'm currently sitting in a grocery store that in the back has a bar, the bar ONLY sells Ontario craft beer and Ontario wine.. not only that but you can have pretty much anything the store sells at the bar, they have over 400 different cheeses. From Mon to Wed they sell any hand made, stone oven fired pizza and any pint of craft beer for $10.. the best bargain in the city.

I went to lunch at 1200, it's now 1520.... this place is great!

Having a Spearhead Hawaiian IPA

Blackrock Stout: very enjoyable stout. Smooth in the mouth with good flavour.

Dark Arts: Excellent porter. Lovely chocolate flavours and very easy to drink.

Honey Dew: Good ale from Fullers, claims to be organic.

Dark Arts is the pick of the bunch. Is this as good as Youngs Double Chocolate? If not, then surely on a par.
