It's repeated. If you have the Sky+ app you can search for it.

Heard some nonsense about the secret ingredient in Guinness only known by three people in the brewery.

it was more like a docu on arthurs day featuring the guinness plant than a doc on the plant itself.

intresting enough i suppose but more focus on the big equipment would have been more intresting than waffle about bands playing gigs and secreat ingredents

I thought the first half was interesting enough as there was a fair bit about brewery operations. The emphasis was clearly on consistency and quality through control of the supply chain, advanced brewing and packaging technology rather than any real passion for beer. The bit on the "pilot brewery" was unconvincing. They looked like a couple of Fas students on tour.

So what's the "secret ingredient" added at the end ? lactic acid ?
