Hi everyone. Just a few words to introduce meself.
Expat from France, I started brewing last year, with quite a few successes. I love the experimental aspect of brewing, and I'm fascinated with the work the little yeasties can do to...well...many things.
I was told there was the same difference between kits and all grain as between instant and freshly ground coffee. So here I am, with a bunch of grains, couple of boilers and a shiny mash tun, waiting to get to work. I'm sure I gonna find all the support I need from this forum.

Have a good day, all of you.

Fabien.

Welcome to the forum. All grain can be tough to start with but worth the effort once you have a handle on it. There's lot's of experience here to help you along, anyway.

Seems so. I feel like it's gonna be one of these highly productive days of work, if I want to catch up for a successful week-end of allgrain brewing. I caaaan't wait !
