Good lagers - myth or reality? 15 years 1 month ago #19

I think people are perfectly happy with cloudy beer if they're told "This is cloudy beer". Weissbier was shocking when it first went mainstream here ten or twelve years ago; now everyone's used to it. Tell people that the lager is cloudy because it hasn't been dicked about with and you have a selling point.

I'm sold already.
It comes with free extra B vitamins, too!
If filtered and mass-produced Guinness gives you strength, then unfiltered, craft beer must give you superpowers. (If it doesn't, I'm betting that some of the irradiated Japanese craft beer might... or is it still too soon to be making irradiated craft beer jokes?)

I wonder what kind of super-power drinking irradiated, cedar barrel aged craft beer might give you?
