I think it holds 10-12kg

This is purely based on my experience but if you're using a coolbox you'll need a 30 litre coolbox for that grain bill if mashing at 3L/KG. If your mash tun is smaller you could do a thicker mash.

I used to live in California and have been to their brewery. I love their Red Seal Ale, very hoppy, I used to alternate between Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Red Seal because the local offy used to do them on alternating weekly specials, $7 for a 6 pack, what a bargain?!?!?!?! <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
